PPEA News

The Virginia Department of Health has received and accepted unsolicited proposals under the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA) for the creation of an Advance Health Care Directive Registry. The project is to create a create a public Advance Health Care Directive Registry as defined by 12VAC5-67-10 et seq. and to lay the groundwork for future opportunities to better monitor, promote, and manage the health of all the Commonwealth citizens. The Virginia Department of Health will accept for simultaneous consideration any competing proposals that comply with the PPEA procedures. Instructions for proposal submission and views of competing proposals can be found on this website.
