TRAIN Virginia Account Rules For Non-VDH Agencies


  1. First and last name must be the same as on the employee’s pay stub.
  2. Must use agency or affiliated organization email address. This address must belong to the user.
  3. The Organization Name field must contain the full agency name typed out (no abbreviations or misspellings).
  4. The Current VDH Employee field must be listed as “No”.
  5. The Race/Ethnicity field must be filled in from the drop down menu.
  6. If the user is a manager or supervisor the Manager/Supervisor box must be checked.
