The official copy of the Waterworks Regulations can be found at the Virginia General Assembly, Legislative Information System's web site. Scroll down toChapter 590 WATERWORKS REGULATIONS and click on link. Then scroll down to the desired section of Chapter 590 or click on (create report) next to Chapter 590 WATERWORKS REGULATIONS and fill in the information and a file of .htm type will be emailed to the email address provided. If the complete regulations is desired, leave the "from section thru section" blank. This version of the Waterworks Regulations does not have a table of contents.
