670 Payment of Fees

12 VAC 5-585-670. Payment of fees

I.) Except as specified in this chapter, all fees are due on the day specified by the Department. Payment of the fee shall be made by land appliers following notification by the Division of the fee due. No permit, or modification of an existing permit, will be approved in the jurisdiction where payment of the established fee by the land applier has not been received by the due date, until such time that the fees are paid in full. Existing permits may be revoked or approved sources may be reclassified as unapproved, unless the required fee is paid within 60 days of the notification by the Division of the fee due.

II.) Fees shall be paid by check, draft or postal money order payable to the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Health and must be in U.S. currency, except that agencies and institutions of the Commonwealth of Virginia may submit Interagency Transfers for the amount of the fee.

III.) All incomplete payments will be deemed nonpayments.
