Program Evaluation and Monitoring System (PEMS)

PEMSAll HIV prevention contractors must collect and report program planning, budget client-level and aggregate data through the Program Evaluation and Monitoring System (PEMS). PEMS is a nation-wide initiative of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure standardized data collection and evaluation methods for HIV prevention service provision.

If you have questions regarding PEMS contact the HIV Prevention Evaluation Coordinator: Rachel Rees at 804-864-8017 or rachel.rees@vdh.virginia.gov.
