Route 10 West to Chester, turn right onto Harrowgate Road. Turn Right onto the Boulevard. Turn left onto James Avenue into parking lot behind Municipal Building. Health Department is the one story brick building.

From 95 North or South:
Take Temple Avenue exit off I-95. Turn left onto Temple to and go to second light and turn left onto Boulevard. Go to the next light and turn left onto James Avenue. Turn right into the parking lot between City Hall and Fire Station. Health Department is the one story brick building.
