The Carroll County Health Department is located on the lower level of the Carroll County government complex on Pine Street in the town of Hillsville.
Our staff provides a variety of
health services, as well as
environmental health services.
Hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
