  • Pregnancy Testing - counseling, referral
  • Family planning (by appointment)

Family planning clinic sessions are held per month by appointment.

  • King and Queen, 2 clinics/month
  • King William, 2 clinics/month
  • Lancaster, 2 clinics/month
  • Mathews, 2 clinics/month
  • Middlesex, 2 clinics/month
  • Northumberland, 2 clinics/month
  • Essex, 2 clinics/month
  • Gloucester, 4 clinics/month
  • Richmond County, 2 clinics/month
  • Westmoreland, 2 clinics/month
  • STD counseling, screening, examination, diagnosis, treatment, and followup.
  • Preconceptual health
  • Immunization (required for school, free; others, minimal charge). Each of our 10 HDs offers immunizations by appointment.

  • HIV Primary Care and Supportive Services:
    • Infectious Disease Clinics for HIV, 2 clinics/month (in collaboration with the Eastern Virginia Medical School)
    • AIDS Drugs Assistance Program
    • Medical and Social Case Management
    • Prevention education and counseling
    • HIV testing and referrals
    • HIV Outreach and Case Finding
  • TB screening, testing & follow-up services
  • Communicable Disease outbreak investigation, treatment, referrals, prevention of further outbreaks.
  • Rabies titers and pre-exposure vaccinations, post-exposure followup.
  • Health promotion consultation and programs
  • Women, Infants and Children (WIC) nutrition services.
