Important Steps for Volunteers
Pre-Registration: Registered volunteers are
a known resource prior to
an event.
Training: Volunteers receive necessary training
before an event.
Preparation: Registered volunteers are advised
to make
necessary arrangements so that they can be available when an event occurs.
Everyone can help, not just health professionals.
*
Virginia MRC volunteers are primarily focused on local
community health needs, but they can assist statewide or in
other parts of the country. |
