Installation Instructions for the PPDR Version 2.1 Upgrade
PPDR Version 2.1 Upgrade Download:
The file corrects known problems with previous versions.
1. It is recommended that you back up your PC before installing new software.
2. Download the program by clicking below. (You may need to right click and
choose "Save Link As" or "Save Target As" depending upon your browser.)3. Save the program to your C: drive. * Make sure you keep track of where you save the file.* (We suggest you save it to either your desktop or to a Downloads or Temp folder on C:)
4. Disable all Anti-virus programs and close all open programs.
5. Find the location where you saved the file in Windows Explorer or My Computer and double click on PPDRV2_1UP.exe
6. The installation will begin, we suggest that you accept the default settings.
* If you did not accept the default settings on the original installation of the PPDR program you will need to change the installation directory.7. You may want to reboot following installation. The next time you run the PPDR program you should receive a message stating "Update 2.1 installed".
