A1C Blood Sugar Test May Be Less Accurate In African-Americans

A common blood test to measure blood-sugar levels can give inaccurate results, depending on a person’s race and other factors, which can lead to diabetes  sometimes being misdiagnosed or managed poorly. Healthcare providers have been cautioned before that results from the A1C test don’t have pinpoint accuracy.
