Annual Report
Crater Health District’s Annual Report provides year-end review of the district’s performance in the areas of:

Communicable Disease Quarterly Report
Provides a quarterly review of the district’s communicable disease cases, information on trends observed, and infectious disease prevention strategies/initiatives.

VDH Data Portal
This data portal was developed to provide a convenient access point for health-related data for Virginia. This portal is a comprehensive source for community health assessment, public, and population health data. Each data portal page provides interactive data at the most granular level available. Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS)
BRFSS is the world’s largest, on-going telephone health survey system, tracking health conditions and risk behaviors in the United States yearly since 1984. The primary focus of these surveys has been on behaviors and conditions that are linked with the leading causes of death—heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, and injury—and other important health issues.

County Health Rankings
The County Health Rankings rank the health of nearly every county in the nation and show that much of what affects health occurs outside of the doctor’s office.  The County Health Rankingsillustrate the critical role that factors such as education, jobs, income, and environment play in how healthy people are and how long they live.
