Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will award and administer State Revolving Fund Capitalization Grants to the states. Virginia stands to receive approximately $20.7 million in the Virginia Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund (DWSRF) program. This is a "one time" grant that is in addition to the annual DWSRF program funds.
