South Fork Shenadoah River downstream from Rt. 619 bridge crossing near Front Royal to the confluence with North Fork Shenandoah River, North Fork Shenandoah River from mouth of the river upstream to Riverton Dam, and Shenandoah River from the confluence of North and South Forks to VA/WV state line.
