• ADAP Formulary (Formulary has been reduced and effective 11/15/10 only covers antiretrovirals, medications to prevent and treat opportunistic infections, and vaccines. Clients on a medication that has been removed from the ADAP formulary will be given notice through a med bag insert along with a 30-day supply, after which no refills additional refills will be available.)
