Virginia TB Control Laws Guidebook


Virginia's Tuberculosis laws were amended in 2001 in order to better control the spread of tuberculosis and to help prevent the emergence of drug-resistant tuberculosis in Virginia. These laws address the treatment and containment of active tuberculosis (TB) disease, and this guidebook illustrates their application.
