HD16 POSITIVE LIVING MANUAL AND TRACKER

This manual is intended for HIV positive persons. It provides a wide variety of information on living with HIV including, but not limited to, nutrition, finding a medical provider, stress relief, safer sex, treatment options, legal issues and statewide resources.
