CHARACTER-BASED ABSTINENCE UNTIL MARRIAGE EDUCATION

Home | Teen Information | Parent Information

We Teach A Variety of Programs:

"Can We Talk?"  is a fun, interactive workshop that helps parents enhance their role in their children's health and sexuality education.  You'll learn how to talk to your kids about self-esteem, puberty, sexuality, mixed messages, peer pressure and other real-life issues that they're dealing with every day.

"Improving Family Communication" is a class for parents who want to enhance relationships with their children.  Parents will learn how to engage cooperation, effective communication, how to deal with feelings, and strategies toward development of a healthy self-esteem.  Parents also will learn about love languages and how to be an askable parent.

My Body and Me - A puberty talk for youth ages 8 to 13 years old, teaches about changes to expect and includes separate video segments for boys and girls.

WAIT Training (Why Am I Tempted) is a character education program that teaches relationship skills to youth in middle and high schools.  This program is not sex education, but rather love education.

The Responsible Social Values Program (RSVP ) was created to reach students in the impressionable elementary and middle school years.  The Responsible Social Values Program is an interactive teaching approach to help students make and keep abstinent decisions regarding racism, violence, smoking, alcohol, illegal drugs and (when age-appropriate) premarital sexual activity.  This character-based, abstinence-only program seeks to teach values by providing accurate information, fostering self-respect and encouraging communication between parents and their children.  This program is available to your youth in one-, two-, five-, 10-, or 20-hour sessions.
