Family Planning Services: Family Planning services include health assessments, physical examinations, education, laboratory tests and birth control methods.

Immunizations: Routine immunizations are available to children at no charge.  Adult immunizations are also offered.

Foreign Travel: Clients are educated on vaccine requirements and recommendations for international travel.

Pregnancy Testing: Confidential pregnancy testing, counseling and referrals for care are available.

STD Clinic: Confidential examination, testing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases are provided free of charge.  Confidential HIV antibody testing and counseling are also available.

Chesapeake Wellness Program: Comprehensive health services are provided for uninsured people with HIV/AIDS.  Clients must meet specific eligibility guidelines.

Adult Medical Clinic: Medical care is provided for non-insured adults with chronic illness. Includes diagnosis, treatment, medications and education.  Services are provided at the South Norfolk site.

Pediatric School Entrance Examinations: Physical examinations that are required for entry into the Chesapeake City School system are provided at no cost to residents of the city of Chesapeake up to the age of 18 years of age and who are uninsured by either private insurance, Medicaid or FAMIS. Call to schedule an appointment.

Occupational Health Services: Annual medical screening (for new employees and incumbents), Immunizations, Exposure care, and Workers' compensation case management services are offered to the Public Safety employees of the City of Chesapeake (Police, Fire, and Sheriff).
