We are committed to promoting healthy relationship skills and supporting effective prevention education.

In 2007 there were more than 900 teen pregnancies in the City of Richmond. The teen pregnancy rate per 1,000 females ages 10-19 was 67.4. In 2007 the state rate was 27.2. Richmond’s rate was more than 2 times that of the state.
