12VAC5-412 Regulations for Licensure of Abortion Facilities (REPEALED)
NOTE: Effective July 1, 2020, Chapters 898 and 899 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly repealed the statutory provisions that classified facilities that performed five or more first trimester abortions as a type of hospital, which in turn led to the repeal of this regulatory chapter.
