to the Rappahannock-Rapidan Medical Reserve Corps

The Rappahannock-Rapidan Medical Reserve Corps (RRMRC) is a group of volunteer health care professionals and community members trained to respond and assist with public health crises in the counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock. The RRMRC is a specialized component of Citizen Corps, and works in conjunction with the Virginia Department of Health. The RRMRC is funded solely through grants, donations, and local community suport. Everyone is encouraged to volunteer. The RRMRC is recruiting medical professionals, as well as community members without medical experience. We need people with a variety of skills including:
We welcome you to join the Rappahannock-Rapidan Medical Reserve Corps. Signing up to be an RRMRC
volunteer is easy and the time commitment is minimal. Potential volunteers
need to submit a completed application, including a copy of their medical
license (if applicable). All volunteers need to attend an orientation.
RRMRC volunteers are encouraged to complete the core competencies and may participate in specialized trainings of their choice. Thank you for your time and interest in the Medical Reserve Corps. |
