2008 Hurricane Season

The severe weather across the nation and here in the Commonwealth reminds us that we are all vulnerable. We continue to respond to the needs of our communities hit hard by the April tornados. The disaster highlights the importance of taking steps to prepare your family for this year’s hurricane season that officially began on June 1.

With that in mind, we encourage you to explore our hurricane Web page. It provides links to a number of sites that offer information on how best you can secure your family, home and pets should we end up in the path of a storm.
