Little Bay Baking Company of Newmarket, N.H., is recalling all bags of Corn Bread and Muffin mix sold before May 2, 2008, because the mix contains undeclared soy. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. The mix was distributed throughout the United States through retail stores and Internet orders. The Corn Bread and Muffin Mix comes in a 12.6 ounce, white paper tin tie bag package sold under the names Little Bay Baking and GFCFDiet. No illnesses have been reported.
