Early detection is key when it comes to breast and cervical cancer. That’s why I wanted to let you know about Every Woman’s Life.

In 2009, breast cancer claimed the lives of  over 1,000 women in Virginia. Early detection is the key to survival. In fact, when breast cancer is diagnosed early, the survival rate is 98%.

Every Woman’s Life offers free mammograms and Pap tests to uninsured Virginia women from 40 to 64 years old. Women ages 18-39 also qualify for EWL services if they have an abnormal screening finding.

Please visit Every Woman's Life or call 1-866-395-4968 to see if you are eligible for these services.
