Family Planning Services
Offers services to women interested in maintaining their reproductive health while using birth control. Staff will work with you to determine the best method(s) for you, while thinking about your overall health and wellness. Counseling is available for partners, too. Education is provided on birth control methods, self breast exam, STI prevention, and nutrition. Available services include Pap smear screening and follow-up/treatment of abnormal pap smears (including colposcopy if needed), diagnosis and treatment of STIs, and emergency contraception.
Fees may be charged for services and medications on a sliding scale based on income eligibility. Women 17 years and younger may qualify for free services.

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) Services
Provides confidential diagnosis, testing, treatment and education related to STIs, including gonorrhea, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), syphilis, and Chlamydia. Clinicians, public health nurses and STI health counselors work together to provide risk reduction counseling, treatment, and partner notification in order to reduce the spread of STIs.

Chronic Disease Services
Offers treatment, medications and education on disease self-management to adult patients with certain chronic diseases who have no medical insurance. Patients must meet district residency and income eligibility. New patients are accepted only when space is available. Fees may be charged on a sliding scale based on income eligibility.

Pregnancy testing, blood pressure checks, and confidential HIV testing are available on a walk-in basis. Appropriate education and referrals are provided during the visit.
