Mission
The mission of the Virginia Recruitment and Retention Collaborative team is to stablish and enhance collaborative efforts in partnership with stakeholders to deliver improvements in recruitment processes and retention systems for healthcare providers with an emphasis on medically underserved areas in Virginia.
