Submit an Event
As a service to users, Primary Practice Opportunities of Virginia (PPOVA) posts "Announcements" related to upcoming healthcare activities and initiatives. If you are interested in having your event featured in this section, please adhere to the following posting guidelines:
- All organizations/or individuals are welcome to post information about upcoming events, conferences, meetings, or topics related to healthcare regardless of size or affiliation.
- Email subject line should state: PPOVA Web Announcement. Include the senders contact information for verification purposes.
- Announcements submitted must include all necessary contact information, and if applicable a website URL where readers can find pertinent information about the event.
- All requests will be verified. If you have not received confirmation of receipt of your announcement or do not see your announcement posted within three (3) business days, please contact the Recruitment/Web Manager.
- Depending upon the volume of requests, announcements will be placed on the web site once verified and will remain posted until the day of the event.
- Information to be posted should be sent via email to ppova.recruitment@vdh.virginia.gov.
