Obtaining Medications 1. Prescriptions and all documents providing eligibility must be presented to the eligibility clerk at the local health department.
2. Additional information about ADAP or the phone number to the local health departments can be obtained by calling the Virginia HIV/STD/Hepatitis Hotline at 1-800-533-4148.
