Kindergarten Requirements

Get Ready, Get Set, Go to School

For Kindergarten and 4 year old programs

To get ready:

1. You will need your child’s birth certificate.
2. You will need your child’s Social Security Card.
3. You will need your child’s immunization (shots) record.
4. Schedule an appointment for your child’s school entrance physical.
5. Find a utility bill (such as electric, gas or water bill) or your apartment lease for Proof of Residency.

If you have questions, call the elementary school your child will be attending.
