Parents in Virginia with children 18 years old or younger are invited to answer an anonymous survey to help the Virginia Department of Health understand parents’ thoughts and experiences with children’s vaccines. We ask that parents complete this survey between July 5th – July 21st. It should take between 10-15 minutes to answer.
