Do all initial programs need to register courses in BlackBoard, if we use another LMS?
No. Blackboard is a free tool provided by the Office of EMS to Virginia educators. There is no requirement that educators make use of Blackboard for their initial certification programs. It is possible to integrate Blackboard with your book publishers LMS if you would find Blackboard to be more flexible to use.

No. Blackboard is a free tool provided by the Office of EMS to Virginia educators. There is no requirement that educators make use of Blackboard for their EMS training programs.

Yes. Continuing education (CE) completions are automatically passed to the Virginia EMS POrtal for processing on a daily basis.
