Please review common Summit and VES Travel FAQs and guidance.  The following documents (Emburse Pre-Approval Guide for Events and Expense Report Submission Guide for Events) have been created to assist attendees with completing Emburse Pre-Approval and Expense Report requests for travel to the 2026 Public Health Preparedness Summit, Finance & Admin In-Person Staff Event, and Virginia Epidemiology Seminar. If you have any questions about how to complete Emburse reports for these events, please reach out to the Emburse team by emailing Travel@vdh.virginia.gov.

Direct Billing for groups is available via the Westin- Richmond Direct Bill- Credit card Authorization form.

After Reservations are made the completed authorization form must be emailed to:

Please note, you are responsible for your own hotel reservation. In the event you are no longer able to attend this meeting, it is your responsibility to cancel your reservation.  You will be charged for any rooms you do not use or cancel 72 hours in advance.
