- Bathroom cleanliness and condition
- Vector and pest control
- Adequate garbage storage and removal
- Proper cleaning and storage of any provided kitchenware (glasses, cups, etc.)
- Proper storage of cleaning chemicals and any other toxic substances (paints, pesticides, etc.)
