The following treatment units have been field tested in accordance with 12VAC5-613-70 and GMP 2016-03 (or predecessor) and are generally approved for use as Treatment Level 3 wastewater treatment units.\u00a0 Below are the approval letter, report of field testing, technical drawings and\u00a0O&M manuals for the units.\u00a0 Designers are reminded that they\u00a0must provide a site specific<\/u> O&M manual covering ALL components of the system to comply with 12 VAC 5-613-150 for each installation.\u00a0The site specific O&M manual for each system will be on file at the local health department and will provide O&M guidance that complies with the Regulations for Alternative Onsite Sewage Systems.<\/p>\n
