4. Monthly single service container sampling;<\/p>\n
5. Water supply\/cooling water sampling;<\/p>\n
6. Biennial inspections and evaluations for Industry Plant Samplers; and<\/p>\n
7. IMS Listed BTUs, Milk Plants and Single Service Manufacturing Plants rating frequencies.<\/p>\n

The Virginia Department of Health will continue essential functions such as responding to complaints, outbreaks, and broken seals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n For Grade A Milk Plants in Virginia that have a Temporary Seal Program approved by the Regulatory Authority, we deem it necessary to strive to meet the re-testing requirement within 10 working days unless emergency consideration can be granted beyond 10 days.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Grade A Milk Plants in Virginia that do not possess authorization from the Regulatory Authority to conduct broken seal pasteurization equipment testing <\/span>will be held to the requirements of the PMO <\/span><\/i>to possibly include suspension of processing on the impacted pasteurization equipment.
