Pediatric Health Care Facilities
NOTE: The Virginia Department of Health does not license pediatric health care facilities (as defined by Va. Code § 32.1-162.15:2). Effective July 1, 2023, pediatric health care facilities will have to have a plan for the delivery of services to pediatric survivors of sexual assault approved by the Virginia Department of Health.
