(Charlottesville, Va.) — Due to emergency preparedness and response efforts for Hurricane Florence, the Thomas Jefferson Health District’s (TJHD) Charlottesville/Albemarle Health Department will not hold regularly scheduled clinics starting Thursday, September 12, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. through Monday, September 17, 2018.
Normal clinic hours will resume on Tuesday, September 18 at 8:00 a.m. Clients who have scheduled
appointments are being contacted to reschedule. Adjusting these clinics ensures that TJHD has the capacity to prepare for and respond to public health needs due to Hurricane Florence. For more information about clinic changes, call the Charlottesville/Albemarle Health Department at 434-972-6269.
