Media Opportunity with Virginia Department of Health
What: Media Opportunity with Virginia Department of Health prior to opening of COVID-19 Testing Site at Martinsville Speedway
Who: Nancy Bell – Population Health Manager & PIO — West Piedmont Health District. Allyson Rothrock, Harvest Foundation, also will be available for questions
Where: Martinsville Speedway 220 S entrance across from State Police Headquarters
When: 11 a.m. until noon Wednesday, April 8, 2020
Media are encouraged to be set up and ready for interviews promptly at 11 a.m. and will be required to leave the site no later than 11:55 a.m. Media be allowed into the testing area only by escort between 11:15 – 11:45 a.m., where photos or video may be taken during set-up. A volunteer will escort you to the area. Law enforcement will be present to ensure HIPPA violations are avoided. Please adhere to social distancing recommendations and the above requirements while on site. Thank you.
