Public health professionals will carry identification and informational flyers about the survey.<br \/>\n\u201cOur goal is to hear directly from residents about the most important health challenges they face,\u201d said Angela Tillery, Western Tidewater District Health Director. The results of this assessment will guide the planning and programs over the next few years to ensure they reflect the needs of the whole community.<\/p>\n<p>The Community Health Assessment survey asks residents about their experiences, access to care, health concerns, and barriers to good health.
