My name is Cydni Williams. I was born and raised right here in Norfolk! I went to Booker Washington High School.<\/p>\n<p>I work at the Southside Boys &amp; Girls Club in Berkley. I'm creating a program called \"Dress for Success\" to teach kids how to write resumes, practice for job interviews, and learn how to dress for work.<\/p>\n<p>I'm really proud to work there because my grandfather, Coach Williams, built that building with the help of the community. I grew up watching him help kids learn and grow. He encouraged them to go to college and find good jobs. I hope to be an inspiration to my community just like he was. I'm even starting a non-profit organization called \"Coach Cares\" to help kids and our community.<\/p>\n<p>I'm excited to be working at the Norfolk Department of Public Health! I'm looking forward to doing great things in this wonderful city.
