Continue on Route 60 through Cumberland Court House and through the intersection of Route 60 and Route 15, proceeding west for approximately 18 miles to Buckingham Court House. The Buckingham County Health Department is located in a large building with Social Services on your left just before the Court House.

From Richmond take Route 360 West to just before Burkeville. Take Route 723 South toward Victoria. Proceed for at least 10 miles until reaching the end at the intersection with Route 49. Turn right on Route 49 South and proceed toward Victoria. Turn right at the first stop light onto Route 40 West and proceed to Lunenburg Court House. The Lunenburg County Health Department is next to the Court House with the cannon in the front yard.

From the East on Route 460 take the first Farmville exit (Business 460 West). Proceed to the fifth stop light. Turn left onto South Street. Go past the Farmville Conference center on the left and turn left into the parking lot. Parking is located in the Municipal Parking Lot (which costs $0.25 per hour). The Prince Edward County Health Department is located on the Ground Floor of the Court House complex and is across from the conference center.
