Overdue or Due for Second Dose?  

 Call the Prince William Health District (PWHD) Call Center at (703) 872-7759 and Select Option #3.

Who Should Call the PWHD Call Center and When?

 If you are Due or Overdue for your second dose of Moderna, you should call the call center as soon as possible to set up your second dose appointment.

  • If it is three days before you should be getting your second dose, but you have not been contacted to schedule your appointment, you should call the call center as soon as possible to schedule your second dose appointment.
  • PWHD Call Center:  Open (9am-4:30pm) Seven days a week

Call Center has expanded hours and is housed in a larger facility with more operators to answer calls.   The call center information line (703) 872-7759 is open seven-days-a-week from 9am until 4:30pm to help with questions relating to COVID-19 and questions about the vaccine waitlist registration for people who are eligible for the vaccine.

 Prince William County, Manassas City and Manassas Park are supporting the PWHD in this effort to offer an expanded call center that is able to answer more calls and to answer them faster.
