RHHD Community Health Workers (CHWs) lead several classes per month at local <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vdh.virginia.gov\/richmond-city\/resource-centers\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">resource centers<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> as part of the Virginia Department of Health\u2019s (VDH)<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vdh.virginia.gov\/child-passenger-safety\/low-income-safety-seat-program\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Low Income Safety Seat Program<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">.
