A sliding scale charge is based on the income level and size of the family and in many cases there is no cost involved. Charges and payment procedures are discussed in advance. The program is a Medicaid provider.
Child Development Services Program is financed by state and federal (Maternal and Child Health Block Grant -Title V) funds.
