Caring with Confidence: Practical Skills for Caregivers

Join us for a supportive, hands-on workshop designed for family caregivers, direct care professionals, and others who provide day-to-day support with older adults and adults with disabilities.
- Walking and mobility
- Bathing
- Feeding
- Transferring
- Toileting
This four-hour skills training will build confidence and strengthen practical caregiving skills through demonstration, discussion, and hands-on practice. Participants will learn to assist with activities of daily living, with an emphasis on person-centered, trauma-informed approaches.
