Continuing Education: Transforming Quality Dementia Care

Every 65 seconds, someone in the US develops Alzheimer’s disease. Nearly 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s, and the majority will require professional care and support at some point as the disease progresses. This session will discuss the latest findings in dementia programming, policy and research, including an overview of the Alzheimer’s Association’s Dementia Care Practice Recommendations.
