The Virginia Memory Project is a multi-purpose dementia registry:
• Focusing on brain health, memory, and caregiving,
• Collects state data related to dementia diagnoses, and individual responses to the survey,
• Ensures data is inclusive of all those who are impacted,
• Helps develop resources and education needed to address ADRD while also providing a pathway to care for those in need.
