Commonwealth of Virginia Training & Development Network

The Commonwealth of Virginia Training & Development network is a collaborative of learning and development, workforce development, and organizational development professionals from across state government.   The purpose of the Commonwealth of Virginia Training & Development Network (Network) is to:

  • Share expertise, promote efficient resource utilization, and leverage ideas and best practices with learning professionals across the Commonwealth.
  • Partner for professional development for all learning professionals.
  • Strengthen the learning community’s alignment with DHRM and vice versa.

Network members meet a few times each year to support our collective development and share information with each other.  Network members also leverage and collaborate directly with each other to support the important work of learning and development in their agencies.
