The Virginia Department of Health seeks your input on Virginia’s Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant!

The Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant supports vital services for mothers, women, children and youth through age 22 (including children and youth with special health care needs), and their families. Funds support state, regional, and local programs as well as workforce and infrastructure-building investments.

About the Title V Public Input Survey

Every year as part of the annual application process, the Department of Health seeks feedback from Virginia families, providers, public health professionals, and other key stakeholders. Survey participation is completely voluntary and responses are kept completely confidential.
